i bought Moyea Swf to VIdeo, for like 90 bucks, and i've never looked back. You can even up your resolution to high definition, chose the frame rates, video output and video/audio quality, HEAPS of stuff and it's REALLY good quality

If you made the flash and have the .fla file, why dont you just export it as video in flash?

best one for me is after effects cs3, imports swf perfectly and exports in whatever format you want.

but its a bit pricey if thats all your going to use it for.

I pirated Sothink SWF to Video Converter. It works pretty well for me.

It does work fine sometimes but often you get loads of annoying lines appearing all over the flash so it's best to use another program.
