I used this for putting .swf on my PSP (When I had one) It wasn't OMJEZORZ High Resolution but it was quite good..try it

I use a screen capture software called ishowu, but it's mac... yep.
It works great! I can never get flash to do it reliably

if you have adobe after effects you can render .swf files in SUPER GOOD quality. Like i'm taking about hd blueray youtube DVD quality.

I use Bytescout SWF-AVI converter.
I use MPEGM compression, or something like that, not default.
then, I use frame-by-frame conversion.
open the .fla and export that as a .wav
and combine the two files in windows movie maker, and export :D
