Although I would be up for a programming job, but unfortunately, at the moment, my programming skills are limited to mostly just a bit of AS2 and pretty much no AS3 at all....which really sucks ass.
Ah well, good luck on the iPhone game, Red Dragon Rampage, and other future projects, etc. etc.
Also, I have to say that JBK is sorta right about the upgrade of the Crossbow and many other items that would really help. I'm not trying to be a copying, trolling fag or anything of the sort. I just want some futures of others that have potential as artists, animators, programmers, or musicians and I wish to push their skills and max 'em out.

Have you tried programmers on Flashgameart or Flashgamelicense? They've been pretty reliable in my experience so far.
