Why not just export from Flash as an image sequence and wav then import those into just about any video editor?

Simply put, this thing acts like an automated screencapper. Careful not to have your mouse over the video being capped, or AIM messages, etc. It doesn't play well with animated movie clips, which is a problem if you use them a lot. It also doesn't output audio, but you can just do that within Flash and merge it with the video. It's an UNCOMPRESSED AVI, so it might be a good or bad thing, depending on how you see it.
Overall, if you can ignore those problems, it's useful.
This method works for me. The quality is great, and it's free. The only problem is that it's time consuming and not particularly simple.

It's illegal though.....but it works fine for me :D
I've used camtasia. I basically records the computer screen. It works very well for flash.
