Well, as far as female voice actors go I can recomend Sapphire or Nakoruru.
But Nakoruru has gone ghost for a while now so I don't know.

Not sure if this was mentioned but RinaChan is a girl voice actor She does mainly princess peach voices. That might work well for racist german lady
